Superfrico - The Most Wild, Delicious, and Unforgettable Dinner in Vegas

If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to crash a high-energy Italian-American house party right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, Superfrico at The Cosmopolitan is your answer. From the brilliantly insane minds at Spiegelworld- the same team behind Absinthe and Atomic Saloon Show- this isn’t just dinner. It’s an experience. A show. A feast. A night you’ll be telling friends about for months.
The experience starts long before you reach the table. From the moment you

step inside, the energy hits. The “Italian-American Psychedelic®” vibe is not an
exaggeration: bold colors, buzzing music, and live performers who pop up right next to your table. During our visit, we had a performer in a bathrobe casually stroll up while our tableside mozzarella was being pulled. That’s right- the mozzarella wasn’t just a dish, it was its own show. The curd was stretched and kneaded right at our table, paired with marinated tomatoes,
basil, roasted peppers, warmed olives, and house-salumi with fresh puccia bread. It was theatrically delicious, fully Instagram-worthy, and totally mesmerizing. It’s worth a visit on its own, but trust me, you’ll want to save room for the other fabulous eats.

And that’s just the start. Jugglers, burlesque acts, and even a bikini-wearing yeti can appear without warning (yes, a yeti in a bikini because… why not?). It’s chaotic, it’s playful, and it’s all part of the magic that makes Superfrico the kind of Vegas experience you can’t plan for- but you’ll never forget.

The menu hits big flavors and unexpected combinations. The chicken parm is absolutely a must. Mary’s chicken breast, house-made mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, basil oil, and perfectly crisp breadcrumbs make for a comforting yet elevated dish that feels like home and a little more. The roasted sea scallops with chickpea ragu, calabrian chili, puffed quinoa, and baby kale are a combination you wouldn’t normally put together- and yet, it's delicious and memorable.
Be sure to save room for dessert. We tried the incredible tiramisu. It's velvety perfection, and so large, it should have its own moon.

One of the best parts? Portions are generous enough that saving a little for later is a must. Not only can you enjoy another meal at home, but it also lets you try more of their incredible offerings- because every dish here deserves attention.
The cocktails bring their own magic. We had a shaken Carajillo- a perfect espresso and Licor 43 combination. Smooth, sweet, and a little hypnotic, it’s an indulgent cap to an already incredible meal. And when you’re ready to keep the party going, head next door to the Ski Lodge, an aprés-ski-inspired hidden speakeasy. Cozy, playful, and full of cocktails, it’s the perfect place to linger and chat about the madness and magic you just experienced. I was able to enjoy a fantastic mocktail inside (for “Sober Skiiers”). The Gingered Ale is a wonderful concoction of ginger-lime, spicy ginger, and yuzu soda.
Superfrico is perfect for date night, but it’s
also a celebration of food, fun, and spectacle that you can share with your loved ones. We saw at least two bachelorette parties having a blast inside with their friends. There’s something undeniably fun about being immersed in this kind of energy together- laughing at surprises, sharing giant bites of mozzarella, and clinking glasses over a Carajillo.
Superfrico is chaos, it’s a culinary delight, it’s a show, and it’s Las Vegas in a nutshell. This is not just dinner- it’s a night of pure entertainment. Pair it with incredible food, unexpected flavor combinations, and cocktails that make you smile, and you have an experience that’s impossible to forget.
Go hungry. Go curious. Go ready to laugh, gasp, and share. Superfrico is waiting, and it’s worth every second.
